Abstract
The Prakas No.110 of 2008 provides that: (i) the land zone of the customs zone of the Kingdom of Cambodia is extended up to 60 (sixty) kilometers along the land border in certain provinces from the land border and marine coast inward; (ii) the customs zone is extended to three kilometers (3 Km) around the customs offices located outside the above-mentioned customs zone; (iii) the powers of customs officers are also extended to certain areas; and (iv) the owners of goods whose business's locations are situated in the land zone of the customs zone shall follow the rules of the Customs and Excise Department concerning the formalities of transportation, circulation, storage, and use of goods in this zone.
