Abstract
This Prakas is for the implementation of a special customs procedure in the special economic zone (SEZ). The Annex of the Prakas (i) provides the purpose and scope of this special customs procedure; (ii) defines what a SEZ is; (iii) and then defines the special customs procedure that applies in this zone.
