Abstract
This Prakas is related to specially-designated goods. Specially-designated goods are goods that are sensitive or highly-taxed goods in accordance with the provisions of the second paragraph of Article 8 of the Law on Customs and are subject to additional procedures for the control and restriction on the transportation, movement, storage, and possession. This Prakas provides: (i) the definition of specially-designated goods; (ii) the duty and tax rate that applies to these goods; (iii) the definition of sensitive goods; and (iv) describes the procedure for the management of these goods.
