This Regulation specifies permitted fishing gear in two tables. Table A lists fishing gear permitted for inland fisheries, sub-dividing it into small-scale family fishing gear, middle-scale fishing gear and industrial fishing gear. Table B lists fishing gear permitted for fisheries in Cambodia's marine waters and is divided into the following sections: small-scale family fishing gear, fishing gear permitted but requiring payment of fee.
