Proclamation No. 319 pror kor.kor sor kor on authorised fishing gear to be used in marine fishery domain of the Kingdom of Cambodia.

This Proclamation establishes authorized fishing gear to be used in marine fishery domain of the Kingdom of Cambodia. It identifies the type of authorized fishing gear for: family-scale, medium-scale, and industrial-scale fishing for being used in marine fishery domain of Kingdom of Cambodia. All type of fishing gear shall comply with specific number size, length and season. The fishing fee shall be calculated upon the type of vessel. Authorized fishing gear are specified in the Annex of this proclamation. The Ministry of Agriculture Forestry and Fisheries can revise or add fishing gear that is not mentioned in this proclamation based on the information of scientific research and need. Any proclamation or decision which is against this proclamation must be annulled.
