Abstract
This Royal Decree provides for the creation of the National Authority to Settle Land Disputes and defines its internal organization.
The Royal Decree defines the roles and duties of the National Authority, which include: to prevent and reduce land disputes through education and publication about consequences caused by land conflict; to receive land dispute documents which are beyond the competence of the National Cadastral Committee and receive complaints from all relevant land disputes; to seek, investigate and address land disputes; and to oversee settlement of land disputes of the cadastral commission and competent authorities of all levels.
The Royal Decree further appoints a Secretariat General of the National Authority to Settle Land Disputes and defines its internal structure and its roles and duties.
