Sub-decree on air pollution.

The Sub-Decree includes the following Chapters: I, General Provisions ; II, Provisions on emission of air and noise pollution; III, Asking for permission; IV, Pollution Source Monitoring; V, Air Pollution Monitoring; VI, Inspection Procedure; VII, Penalty; VIII, Final Provision; Annex 1, Ambient Air Quality Standard; Annex 2, Maximum allowable concentration of hazardous substance in ambient air; Annex 3, Maximum allowable standard of pollution substance for immobile sources in ambient air ; Annex 4, Water Quality Standard in public water areas for bio-diversity conservation;Annex 5, Water Quality Standard in public water areas for public health protection. This sub-decree provides for the water pollution control in order to prevent and reduce public water areas pollution in order to protect human and animal health and ensure the conservation of bio-diversity.
