Sub-decree On the establishment of the Inter-Ministerial Technical Committee for oil exploration and exploitation.

The Sub-decree provides for the institution of the Interministerial Technical Committee for Oil Exploration and Exploitation whose responsibilities, tasks, powers and functions shall be the redaction of the Petroleum Law, the planning and supervision of the exploitation and exploration of the oil resources, the monitoring of investments and operations related to oil exploitation.
