Abstract
The Ministry of Rural Development shall be established under the Royal Government. The Ministry of Rural Development shall administer and regulate the rural development sector of the Kingdom of Cambodia. The Ministry shall be headed by a Minister and a Secretary of State and assisted as needed by under Secretaries of State. The organization and functioning of the Ministry of Rural Development shall be governed by Anukret.
