Sub-Decree No. 04 on the roles and responsibility of the Senior Minister in charge of rehabilitation and development.

It is hereby decided to confer to the Senior Minister in charge of Rehabilitation and Development the responsibility over short, medium and long range planning for the Rehabilitation and Development Program , with the cooperation specified Ministers and other government officers. Priorities shall be identified and investments and projects implemented to develop the agriculture and rural areas; to support industry, tourism and sustainable development. Furthermore, it shall be his duty to review all project proposals pertaining to the rehabilitation and the development and to provide guidance to ministries or government and institutions, and foreign institutions and investors.
