Sub-Decree No. 124 (RGC) on the transfer of land area of 8,320 hectares of wildlife sanctuary zone in Preah Vihear and Kampong Thom provinces for investment and development.

This Sub-Decree stipulates that 8,320 hectares of state public property in the wildlife sanctuary zone of Preah Vihear and Kampong Thom provinces has been classified as state private property subject to the terms and conditions of the underlying lease or concession for investment and development of the rubber plantation crops sector.
