Sub-Decree No. 131 (RGC) on forest and non timber forest products allowed for export and import.

This Sub-Decree provides for the specification of forest products and sub-products permitted to be exported and imported.
The export of forest products and sub-products shall be allowed only if in possession of an export licence granted by the Ministry of Commerce with prior registration/authorization by the Chief of Forestry Administration, except for the products specified in the text. The extension of validity for the export licence shall be granted by the Ministry of Commerce. The import of forest products and sub-products, which are used as raw materials for processing production in the country, and the processing forest products and sub-products of all kinds shall be required to have import licence granted by the Ministry of Commerce and authorized by the Chief of Forestry Administration.
