Sub-Decree No. 133/A/Nor/Kra/Bor on marketing of infant and child feeding products.

This Sub-Decree aims at controlling the marketing of infant and young child food and feeding products and at protecting and promoting breast feeding in order to provide adequate and safe nutrition to infants and young child.
The Sub-Decree provides for the following: proper dissemination of information and education to families regarding infant and young child nutrition; labelling requirements for infant and young child food and feeding products; acts prohibited by manufacturers and distributors of infant and young child food and feeding products; management and monitoring authorities; and penalties.
