Sub-decree No. 14 on the establishment of Koh Rong Marine National Park.

This Sub-decree establishes the Koh Rong Marine National Park.
The Kong Rung Marine National Park covers seven islands includes Koh Rong, Koh Rong Samloem, Koh Koun, Koh Touch, Koh Tatiem, Koh Mnoas Krav, Koh Mnoas Knong and other surrounding island accounted for 52.498 hectares in Preah Sihanouk and Koh Kong provinces, of which 5,361 (five thousand three hundred and sixty-one) hectares are land and 47,137 (four million seven thousand one hundred and thirty-seven) hectares are sea. The Ministry of Environment shall exclude the investment land, residential land and agriculture land inside this area in accordance with the law on natural protected area. The Sub-decree of Koh Rong National Park does not include private and public land for public utility purposes.
