Sub-Decree No. 140 (RGC) on Transfer of the Land of State Permanent Forest Preserve and Grant of Land to Farmers for Development of Family Rubber Plantation in Kampong Cham Province.

This Sub-Decree transfers the land area of the permanent forest preserve of 349 hectares in Kampong Cham province, which is State public property, to State private property.
The mandate in possessing State private land is granted to the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries. The Land will be divided into 139 plots to be distributed to farmers of the development project of the family rubber plantation.
