Abstract
This Sub-Decree provides for the inspection of animals and animal originated products in order to prevent and control the outbreak or spread of diseases.
The Department of Animal Production and Veterinary shall establish animal sanitary and animal originated product inspection offices. Rights and duties of the offices are outlined in the text.
The Sub-Decree also sets out requirements for the transportation, import and export, etc. of animals or animal originated products and provides for offences and penalties.
