Sub-Decree No. 166 (RGC) on the transfer of land area of 6,870 hectares located in Preah Vihear province and Siem Reap province into State private property.

This Sub-Decree provides for the transfer of the land area of 6,870 hectares located in Siem Reap and Preah Vihear provinces to State private property. The land area shall be used under the terms and conditions of lease or concession for the purpose of investment and development of agro-industrial crops.
