Sub-decree No. 63 on conferring the right to sell and export rubber products to the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries.

It is hereby decided to confer to the Department General of Rubber Plantations, which is part of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries the right to sell and trade the rubber (with the exception of the solidified one) produced in the country and to promote the exploitation of rubber plantations in conformity with the policies of the Royal Government; to negotiate and coordinate agreements with domestic and foreign partners, and to collect the proceeds of sale and trade to cover expenses and to invest in spare parts and other related items.
