Abstract
The sub-decree No.209 of 2007 lists animals and plants which may not be imported or may be imported but are subject to restrictions. The reasons for these restrictions are the following: protection of national security; protection of public order; protection of human, animal or plant life or health; protection of national treasures of artistic, historic or archaeological value; conservation of natural resources; compliance with the provisions of any legislation in Cambodia; and fulfillment of obligations under the Charter of the United Nations.
