Sub-Decree on the Organization and Functioning of the National Committee on Trade Remedies.

This Sub-Decree defines the organization and functioning of the National Committee on Trade Remedies (NCTR) with the purpose to encourage and promote effective implementation of the Law on Trade Remedies.
Article 2 provides for NCTR's duties and tasks, including: Conduct trade remedy proceedings under the Law on Trade Remedies and relevant international agreements; Review and advise on legal aspects related to the implementation of the trade remedies law; Examine and find solutions in cases where regulations prepared by a competent regulator conflict with regulations prepared by other regulators; etc.
