Agreement between the Government of the Cook Islands and the Government of the Republic of Kiribati concerning the delimitation of the maritime boundary between the Cook Islands and the Republic of Kiribati.

This Agreement establishes the boundary of the exclusive economic zones and continental shelves of the Cook Islands and Kiribati where those maritime zone overlap (in general the line of equidistance from respective baselines and specified geographical coordinates for specified islands of Cook Islands and Kiribati). The Agreement also makes provision for consultation regarding exploitation of natural resources.
