Development Bank of Kiribati (Amendment) Act 1992 (No. 4 of 1992).

This Act amends the Development Bank of Kiribati Act: in section 6 by adding "(iii) for any other purpose approved by the Board" in subsection (a); and in section 11 by repealing subsection (2). The purpose of these amendments is to increase the functions of the Bank and to give the Development Bank of Kiribati Board discretion in granting loans for various purposes for the benefit of the people.
