This Act amends the Development Bank of Kiribati Act: in section 23 by repealing the words "after consultation with the Public Service Commission"; in section 24 by repealing the words "acting in accordance with the advice of the Public Service Commission"; and in section 25(a) in subsection (1) by repealing the words "after consultation with the Public Service Commission"; and (b) in subsection (3) by repealing the words "acting in accordance with the advice of the Public Service Commission".
