Abstract
These Regulations amend the Fisheries (Vessel Licences) Regulations 1981 by repealing Schedule 1 and substituting the Schedule to these Regulations. Schedule 1 provides the form for an application for a Local Fishing Vessel Licence and the form for a Local Fishing Vessel Licence issued under section 4 of the Fisheries Ordinance.
