Abstract
This Act lays down rules for the availability of funds, annual procurement planning, institutional structure and responsibilities, the methods and procedure of procurement, the composition of the Evaluation Committee, public procurement contracts and their management, and rules and consequences for criminal and administrative misconducts. It applies to public procurement executed by or on behalf of the Government of Kiribati. Additionally, this Act sets out the principles of public procurement, such as anti-corruption.
