Abstract
Although provisions of this Ordinance concern primarily measures for the inspection, exclusion, detention, observation, segregation, isolation, protection, treatment, sanitary regulation and disinfecting of vessels, persons, goods and things and has as object the prevention of the introduction or spread of diseases or pests affecting man, it also concerns the quarantine of animals and plants.
