Abstract
These Regulations, made by the Governor-General under section 5 of the Emergency Powers Act, contain measures directed at mitigating the threat, or effects, of the coronavirus COVID-19. They require business to remain closed and place restrictions on the movement of persons. Certain persons and businesses are exempted from restrictions or prohibitions.
