Abstract
This Act, consisting of 23 articles, divided into five Parts, applies to all land in Saint Christopher and Nevis, registered or recorded under any enactment, and defines Service Access agreement; Land Registry Direct Access Service; registered and unregistered land. The Act establishes the Land registry and provides for the appointment of officers, and the specification of their powers and duties. The Act concerns: safe keeping and preservation of records; converting records to electronic format; establishment of Land Registry Direct Access Service; procedure and right of appeal.
