Nevis Physical Planning and Development Control Regulations, No. 60 of 2021.

These Regulations, divided into seven Parts and consisting of 54 articles, and based on section 54 of the Nevis Physical Planning and Development Control Ordinance, Chapter 6.09(N), concerns types of development permission, including: solid waste disposal, landscaping, drainage; requested documents; examination of applications in relation to government land use Policy. Matters covered by these Regulations include: application for detailed development permission for land and related plans; septic system and sewerage disposal details; water supply and drainage systems; application for development permission for a sub-division and related plans; land use plan; environmental impact assessment and qualification of any person preparing environmental impact assessment; pollutant, assessment; requirements for land reclamation; waste disposal; storage of hazardous materials.
