Noise Abatement Act, 2008 (No. 2 of 2009).

This Act provides for the establishment of noise abatement zones and introduces other measures to reduce noise pollution in Saint Christopher and Nevis.
Noise abatement zones may be established by the Minister responsible for national security and special conditions shall apply in the zone as for the level of noise that can be emitted. The Act also provides rules relative to noise production outside of declared zones.
