Abstract
This Act establishes a National Trust for Saint Christopher and Nevis as a body corporate. The Trust shall principally engage in the protection, conservation, restoration and maintenance of monuments and the natural environment, including plant and animal life.
The Trust shall be responsible for the management of properties or sites set out in the Schedule to this Act. It shall be governed by a Board, which shall the power to make rules for purposes of the objects of the Trust. The Act also grants regulation-making powers on the Minister.
