Small Business Development Act, 2009 (No. 24 of 2009).

This Act makes provision for the development of locally-owned small business in Saint Christopher and Nevis. It provides for the appointment of the Small Business Development Committee and sets out the procedure and criteria for financial and technical assistance to be granted to approved small businesses. The Act also provides for matter of administration. Fisheries, aquaculture and agriculture are listed among priority activities for purposes of this Act.
