Abstract
This Act aims at the creation, registration, development and operation of one or more planned communities in a specified area of St. Kitts and Nevis.
"Planned community" is a real estate under development that shall be subdivided into lots. The Act provides for the regulation of rights and obligations of owners of property within a Planned Community. A Planned Community shall be created by a declaration made under the Title By Registration Act (cap. 279) and shall be managed by a community corporation. The Act provides also for the merger and consolidation of Planned Communities.
