Abstract
This Criminal Code establishes a responsibility and punishment system for crimes. The Criminal Code consists of 303 articles divided into 9 Chapters: Basics of Criminal Code; General provisions; Anti-state and Anti-national Crimes; Crimes that violate national defense management order; Crimes that violate the socialist economy; Crimes that violate socialist culture; Crimes that violate general administrative management order; Crimes that violate the socialist common living order; Crimes that infringe upon the life and property of citizens.
