Decree No. 202 establishing Rules on the standards of product packaging materials and products.

These Rules provide for standards of product packaging materials and methods and for standards of gradual reduction of plastic packaging materials in order to reduce packaging waste and promote recycling.
The standards of packaging methods by product type are provided in the Rules.
The Rules further provide for exception of product packaging materials and methods, and exceptions to the gradual reduction of plastic packaging materials which manufacturers shall apply for in the event that they should fail to meet the standards for reasons objectively acceptable.
