Law on the Place of Origin for Exported Goods.

This Law on the Place of Origin of Exported Goods regulates procedures and methods related to the origin certification business for exported products. The Law consists of 23 Articles.
The country of origin of the following export products is the Democratic People's Republic of Korea: 1. Minerals and processed products extracted from the territory of the Republic; 2. Plants collected in the territory of the Republic and their processed products; 3. Animals raised in the territory of the People's Republic of Korea and their processed products; 4. Fishery products and their processed products caught in the territory of the the People's Republic of Korea; 5. Products produced with Korean raw materials and materials; etc.
