Abstract
This Law governs the trademark registration and the protection of trademark rights. The Law consists of 5 Chapters: Basics of Trademark Law; Application for Trademark Registration; Trademark Registration Deliberation; Protection of Trademark Rights; Guidance and Control of Trademark Business.
Correctly reviewing trademark registration is the basic task of a trademark registration agency. The State shall increase the responsibility and role of trademark registration agencies to ensure objectivity and fairness in trademark deliberation. The protection period for trademark rights is 10 years from the date of application for trademark registration. Guidance on trademark business is provided by the national trademark guidance institution under the unified guidance of the Cabinet.
