Act on the Control and Supervision on Nuclear Power Suppliers for the Prevention of Corruption in the Nuclear Power Industry.

The purpose of this Act is to create a sound foundation for the nuclear power industry by prescribing matters concerning obligations with which nuclear power suppliers should comply while engaging in business and the Government's control and supervision thereover. In particular, the Government may establish the Nuclear Power Industry Policy Council to discuss matters listed in article 23. The text consists of 31 articles.
