Act on the Defence Sea Areas to be Protected.

The purpose of this Act is to designate sea areas that require military defence and to ensure a smooth execution of naval operations by controlling navigation, fishery and other actions within the area.
The President, in national emergency or when necessary, may designate all or part of the territorial waters as defensive sea areas. In order to enter or navigate in a defensive sea area, a permit shall be obtained by the Commander of the Naval Operations Command. The Commander may also limit or prohibit in theses area any of the following acts: excavation of seashore; reclamation or dredging of the sea area; fishing and picking of algae; picking of minerals, earth and stones, or earth and sands; etc. Penal provisions are also contained in the Act.
