Abstract
The purpose of this Act is to prescribe matters regarding the establishment and implementation of a direct payment program for promoting the public functions of agriculture and rural communities. The Act consists of 45 Arfticles.
The Direct Payment Fund shall be established to support agriculture and rural communities. The fund is financed through government contributions, import profits, loans, and other sources. It is used for public direct payments, fund management, investigations, loan repayments, and activities promoting agriculture and stabilizing farmers' income.
