Act on the Promotion of the Conversion into Environment-Friendly Industrial Structure.

The purpose of this Act is to contribute to the conservation of environment and sustainable development of the national economy by positively pushing forward industrial activities to economize energy and resources and to reduce environmental pollution through the promotion of the construction of an environment-friendly industrial structure. The text consists of 32 articles divided into 5 chapters as follows: General provisions (I); Conversion into environment-friendly industrial structure (II); Promotion of green management (III); Supplementary provisions (IV); Penal provisions (V).
