Abstract
The purpose of this Act is to contribute to the development of the livestock industry and improvement in public health by having public veterinarians efficiently support livestock disease control services provided by the State and local governments and by prescribing special cases on personnel affairs, service, etc. of public veterinarians. A public veterinarian shall faithfully provide livestock disease control services during his/her obligatory term of service and shall not provide any other services than livestock disease control services assigned.
