Act on Special Measures for the Registration of Real Estate.

The purpose of this Act is to establish a real estate transaction order by providing matters pertaining to special cases relating to real estate registration. Provisions for applying for registration of transfer of property are defined in article 2. To apply for an ownership transfer registration for a contract to purchase real estate the applicant shall submit a contract containing items specified in article 3. Special cases pertaining to applications of seals of approval and to permission are defined in articles 4 and 5. The remaining part of the Act contains penal provisions and provisions of miscellaneous nature.
