Agricultural Mechanization Promotion Act.

The purpose of this Act is to contribute to the improvement of productivity and business management of agriculture by facilitating the development and distribution of agricultural machinery and promoting more efficient and safer use of such machinery. In particular, the State or a local government shall prepare a policy necessary for promoting agricultural mechanization projects and the Minister of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs shall formulate a master plan for agricultural mechanization in order to efficiently promote agricultural mechanization projects.
