Enforcement Decree of the Act on Assessment of Impacts of Works on Environment, Traffic, Disasters, etc.

This Decree implements provisions of the Act on Assessment of Impacts of Works on Environment, Traffic, Disasters, etc.
It provides among other things for: projects which shall be subject to environmental impact assessments; contents and preparation of assessment statements; composition, powers and duties of the Disaster Impacts Assessment Committee, the Central and the Local Traffic Impacts Deliberation Council and the Impact Assessment Adjustment Council; excess charges on the quantity of pollution discharged; etc.
