Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Conservation of Biological Diversity.

The purpose of this Decree is to prescribe matters mandated by the Act on the Conservation and Use of Biological Diversity and those necessary for the enforcement thereof.
The Biodiversity Management Committee shall be established within the Ministry of Environment to give advice on important matters concerning the conservation of biodiversity and the sustainable use of biological resources. The Decree further makes provisions for: modification of national strategy on biodiversity; subjects and items of national species list to be established, and methods for establishment thereof; etc.
