Enforcement Decree of the Act on the exercise of sovereign rights on foreigner's fishing, etc. within the Exclusive Economic Zone.

The purpose of this Decree is to prescribe matters necessary for the enforcement of the Act on the Exercise of Sovereign Rights on Foreigners' Fishing, etc. within the Exclusive Economic Zone. Any foreigner wishing to do fishing activities in the Exclusive Economic Zone in accordance with article 5 of the Act shall obtain authorization or a permit from the Minister of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries in respect of matters listed in article 3. Fees on rights to access the Korean fishery zone are defined in article 4. Article 5 deals with reductions, exemptions, etc. from fees on access rights. Requests, etc. for the revocation of permits or approvals are defined in article 6. The remaining articles deal with judicial police officers, notice of seizure or detention of violating vessels, amount of bails and their payment.
