Enforcement Decree of the Act on Resource Circulation of Electrical and Electronic Equipment and Vehicles.

The purpose of this Decree is to provide for matters delegated by the Act on Resource Circulation of Electrical and Electronic Equipment and Vehicles and for matters necessary for the enforcement thereof. The text – consisting of 37 articles – deals, among other things, with the following matters: electrical and electronic equipment and vehicles subject to restrictions on use of hazardous substances; provision of information about recycling; calculation and public notification of recycling targets; submission of reports on results of mandatory recycling or collection; calculation, imposition of collection charges; inspection; substance inducing climate or ecosystem change; registration.
