Abstract
The purpose of this Decree is to prescribe matters mandated by the Act on Special Measures for Strengthening the Competitiveness of, and Protecting, National High-Tech Strategic Industries and matters necessary for the enforcement thereof.
The High-Tech Strategic Technology Coordination Committee shall examine and coordinate the matters regarding: the designation, change, and cancellation of designation, of the national high-tech strategic technology; necessary research, analysis, and support regarding the designation, change, and cancellation of designation, of the national high-tech strategic technology; etc. The Act makes provisions, inter alia, for: formulation of National Strategic Industry Committee, adjustment for emergency supply and demand stabilization, etc.
