Abstract
The purpose of this Decree is to prescribe matters mandated by the Act on the Support for the Rice Processing Industry and the Promotion of Use of Rice and those necessary for enforcing said Act.
The Decree makes provsions for: definition of rice processing industry, requirements for designation as cultivation zones for rice for processing, procedures for designating cultivation zones for rice for processing, support for cultivation zones for rice for processing, promotion of globalization, etc.
